TERMS OF SERVICE

By visiting this website or purchasing from Untapped Innovations, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies posted on this website.

PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Untapped Innovations creates custom apparel, embroidery, printed products, personalized gifts, tumblers, laser-engraved items, signs, rugs, and other merchandise. Because many products are handmade or individually produced, minor differences in color, sizing, placement, texture, and appearance may occur. Digital mockups are intended as visual guides and may not perfectly represent the finished product.

Customers must provide complete and accurate customization information. This includes names, dates, spelling, colors, sizes, artwork, placement, and other requested details. Untapped Innovations is not responsible for errors contained in information or artwork submitted or approved by the customer.

PROOFS AND APPROVALS

When a digital proof is provided, production will not begin until the customer approves it. Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed all spelling, layout, colors, sizing, and placement. Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees and an extended production time.

PAYMENT AND PRICING

Payment is required before design work, material ordering, or production begins unless a written agreement states otherwise. Prices, product availability, processing times, and promotions may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or refund orders affected by an obvious listing or calculation error.

Design, setup, digitizing, rush, and other service fees are nonrefundable after the related work has begun.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK

By submitting text, photographs, logos, graphics, trademarks, or other content, the customer confirms that they own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it. The customer authorizes Untapped Innovations to use the submitted content solely to complete the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing unlawful, hateful, threatening, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content. The customer is responsible for claims resulting from content they supplied without proper permission.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ITEMS

Items supplied by customers for printing, embroidery, engraving, or other customization are processed at the customer’s risk. Materials may react differently during production, and damage such as discoloration, cracking, breakage, scorching, or an uneven finish can occur.

Any replacement responsibility must be agreed to in writing before work begins. Expensive, sentimental, rare, or irreplaceable items should not be submitted without first discussing the risk with Untapped Innovations.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed date is confirmed in writing. Customer delays, proof revisions, material availability, equipment issues, carrier delays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend completion times.

Rush production must be approved before purchase and may require an additional fee. Expedited shipping does not automatically include rush production.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Custom and personalized products are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged or Untapped Innovations made an error.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Untapped Innovations will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Any direct liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

PROHIBITED USE

Customers may not use this website or our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; interfere with website security or operation; or submit false or misleading information.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service when our products, services, or legal requirements change. The version posted on this website at the time of purchase applies to that order.
